How We Approach Every Service
Regardless of which service tier applies to your watch, our methodology follows a consistent framework. Every engagement begins with a careful intake conversation and visual assessment. We want to understand not just the symptoms you have observed, but also the watch's history, your wearing habits, and your expectations for the service.
From there, the watch enters our workshop environment where it is logged, photographed, and opened for internal inspection. Our findings are documented and shared with you, along with a recommended scope of work and a clear cost estimate. We do not proceed until you are comfortable with the plan.
After service, each watch undergoes quality verification — timing tests for mechanical movements, functional checks for quartz — before being reassembled, cleaned externally, and prepared for return. A written service record accompanies every watch leaving our care.

Quartz Refresh

A targeted service for quartz timepieces showing signs of battery fatigue, moisture intrusion, or cosmetic wear. The process includes battery replacement with a quality cell, movement inspection for circuit integrity, gasket evaluation, and external cleaning of case and bracelet. Appropriate for everyday quartz watches and fashion timepieces alike.

Service Tier 2
Automatic Service Interval

Routine maintenance for automatic watches that have reached their recommended service window — typically every four to six years of regular wear. The movement is fully disassembled, each component inspected under magnification, ultrasonically cleaned, reassembled with fresh lubricants, and regulated across multiple positions. External components including crown, pushers, and gaskets are evaluated and replaced where needed.

These calibers require specialized knowledge and tooling, and each engagement begins with a diagnostic consultation to assess condition and set expectations. Work includes full movement service plus complication-specific adjustments, parts fabrication where originals are unavailable, and extended multi-day timing observation.
