1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tourbillon Nook, operating at 16 Mạc Thị Bưởi, Bến Nghé, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh 70000, Vietnam. "Client," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or entity using our website or engaging our services. "Services" means the watch repair, maintenance, and servicing work offered by Tourbillon Nook. "Website" refers to the site accessible at https://tourbomy.info. "Timepiece" refers to any watch or clock submitted for service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. Description of Services

Tourbillon Nook provides watch repair and servicing, including but not limited to battery replacement for quartz movements, routine maintenance of automatic calibers, and specialist work on complicated mechanisms such as chronographs, perpetual calendars, and tourbillons.

Service availability may vary depending on parts sourcing, caliber complexity, and workshop capacity. We reserve the right to decline a service engagement if we determine that the work falls outside our area of expertise or if the timepiece presents conditions that cannot be addressed responsibly.

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not binding commitments. Factors such as parts availability, the condition of the movement, and the complexity of required work may affect delivery timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you are expected to: provide accurate and complete information about the timepiece and any known issues, disclose relevant service history where available, collect your timepiece within 30 days of receiving notification that work is complete, and maintain respectful communication with our workshop team.

Timepieces left uncollected for more than 90 days after completion notice will incur a reasonable storage fee. We will attempt to contact you before any such charges apply.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Published prices on our website represent standard service fees and may vary depending on the specific condition and requirements of your timepiece. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion and collection of the serviced timepiece unless otherwise arranged. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major card payments.

A diagnostic or assessment fee may apply for complex calibers. This fee will be communicated upfront and, where applicable, deducted from the total service cost if you choose to proceed with the recommended work.

6. Service-Specific Terms

6.1 Quartz Refresh

Battery replacement and basic service for quartz timepieces. Standard turnaround is one to two business days. The service includes battery replacement with a quality cell, circuit inspection, gasket evaluation, and external cleaning. Components found to be damaged beyond the scope of a refresh will be noted on the functional assessment, and further service may be recommended.

6.2 Automatic Service Interval

Full movement service for automatic watches at their recommended maintenance window. Typical turnaround is seven to fourteen days. The work includes full disassembly, component inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, multi-position regulation, and external component evaluation. A detailed service sheet is provided upon return.

6.3 Complication Specialist Service

Advanced service for watches featuring complex mechanisms. Each engagement begins with a diagnostic consultation. Turnaround is typically four to eight weeks depending on caliber complexity and parts sourcing. The service includes complication-specific adjustments, potential parts fabrication, extended timing observation, and a comprehensive photographic portfolio of the work performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Tourbillon Nook or its licensors and is protected under Vietnamese intellectual property law. You may view and access this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we carry out all work with professional diligence and care, we do not provide assurances regarding specific outcomes such as exact timekeeping accuracy, water resistance ratings, or cosmetic perfection, as these are influenced by factors including the age, original manufacturing quality, and prior service history of the timepiece.

Information provided on our website is for general reference and does not constitute professional horological advice tailored to your specific circumstances. We recommend an in-person consultation for accurate assessment of your timepiece's needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Tourbillon Nook's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service engagement in question.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of profit, or loss of sentimental value. We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tourbillon Nook, its staff, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. If a client requests cancellation after work has commenced, charges will apply for labour and materials already expended. Tourbillon Nook may decline or discontinue a service if the client fails to comply with these terms or if continuing the engagement is deemed impractical.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Hồ Chí Minh City.

13. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Tourbillon Nook with respect to the use of our website and services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right. We may not assign or transfer our obligations under these terms without your consent, except in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
