Your watch is stored securely in our climate-controlled workshop. Upon intake, each timepiece is assigned a service number and logged in our records. You will receive updates at key stages of the process, and all work performed is documented with notes and, for complication services, macro photographs.
Are prices fixed or do they vary?
Our listed prices reflect the standard scope of each service tier. If additional work or replacement parts are needed beyond the standard scope, we will always discuss this with you before proceeding. There are no hidden costs — you will know the full picture before any additional work begins.
